    Casimir is an absolute professional and honest businessman as evidenced by our recent experience with him. We found him easy to understand and made us feel comfortable with our questions. Rather than invoice for the work he did in fact perform, he was gracious enough to waive his fee because his repair did not in fact solve the problem. That is a super standup move in my book and one that you rarely see these days.
